Zig Zagger Please Help - Other Opions also appreciated
Saturdays and Wednesdays are my high cal days. This past Saturday I was right on target with my allowed cals, but Sunday I went way over probably by 500 cals or so. So my question is, this Wednesday should I not have a high cal day and replace it with a medium or low cal day or what's done is done and just carry on as usual?
