    I went to the gym this morning and met with my trainer for a "check up"

    this was the results


    measurement 11/3/09 2/18/10

    Body fat 39.4 32.5

    Abs 41.5 38.5

    waist 37 33.5

    hips 47 43

    thigh 29 26.5



    thats 7% body fat and 13 inches of me gone. I'd call that a definite NSV
