I'm really still learning to eat in a low-cal way, I'm kind of new at this, so I'm probably discovering things that everyone else has always known about.
But anyway I'm excited because I found out that chai with artificial sweetener and a few tablespoons of 2% milk tastes like a real treat to me and seems to make me feel more satisfied. Seems to help fill me up some between meals. And it's not too terribly many calories.
