How to figure calories in homemade food....
I'm sure there is a thread on this somewhere, but I'm having problems finding it. Right now I am working on eating the correct portions of foods and that is easy when it is right there on the box with how much and how many calories. But how do I figure calories in foods I make from scratch. I tried by adding all the ingredients together, then dividing by servings, but I am not sure if I did it right. Can someone either point me to a thread or give me an idea of how to do it? Thanks.
