hey there

  • I'm new to this forum and calorie counting so I thought I would say Hi. I started my weight loss journey by eating less and moving more. That worked great until the last several months where I have stalled out. MY exercise level is pretty high, I've just learned to eat as much as I burn. I fallen into the old habit of " I ran five miles, surely this can't hurt" I need to relearn perspective and control. I thought this would be a great place for me to express my accountability.

    I look forward to getting to know more about everyone.
