  • I like the make-ahead stuff, too....I just have to DO it on Sundays! Maybe some high-fiber muffins and breakfast bars, etc...sounds do-able...

    I agree, My hubby is 6'0" and even he looked too thin at that weight. Of course now he weighs about what your hubby weighs, so he's got a ways to go to get back to where he wants to be which is about 210-220 lbs.

    ETA: My mother in law always tries to make up healthy foods for her husband to eat on the road, he's a truck driver also. She makes muffins, mixes up some healthy chicken or tuna salads he can keep in his cooler, etc.
  • I told him to aim for 10 pounds, then go from there. Ideally I think he'd do just fine at 230 or so...he'd be "overweight" but not "obese" anymore and he'd feel a TON better.
