Made myself count binge...

  • damage. Don't know why or what I was thinking but I have eaten over my calorie limit for today with nothing but candy bars and cookies. Gonna have something nutritious for dinner and forget about this day.

    I am not angry at myself, just frustrated that I would do that.
  • Good for you to not let this keep you down. Getting back up and dusting yourself off is the way to go

  • Good for you for getting back on track and keeping yourself accountable. Last week I had a major slip and I too counted it and got right back on track....I was able to get rid of the binge weight by staying on track and walking more than I usually do. Way to go!
