Just a two week update for everyone. I lost 3lbs this week and an additional 4 1/2 inches. So, I have stuck to my calorie counting and exercise plan for 2 weeks now. Only a slight weight loss this week but doing good on losing inches. I'm thinking I might try dropping a couple of my calories and see if it gives me a boost in number this next week. Though, I think if I could lose 2-3 lbs a week I would have a good steady weight loss and could reach my goal within a years time.
Be careful of time based wl goals as sometimes you may lose less or even maintain or gain despite being faithful to your goals and for many people wl tends to slow down a bit as one gets smaller. Of course everyBODY is different, guess that makes things interesting, right?
