There are tons of recipe posts, dinner ideas, there's even a thread called 100 things to do with chicken. Why don't you read around and see if you can get some ideas you like?

There's a great daily thread too called "What's For Dinner?"... lots of great ideas there too.

Here's a link to the "What's for dinner tonight thread." I think you can find some ideas here.

whole wheat couscous, salmon, veggies with a little butter and salad.

my formula for dinner is : whole grain, protein (usually fish or shrimp) and then an assortment of veggies. Roasted broccoli is really good!

How many calories a day are you eating ? Give us a sample of a days menus. We can make better suggestions if we know these facts.. If you have 700 calories left for today that gives you lots of options. You will have better success if you plan your meals for the day staying within your calorie allottment.

700 is a nice amount to have left for dinner. I usually have a salad first because I'm always really hungry. I always keep chicken breasts in the freezer for times when I can't decide. I'll add some veggies to that, usually two different kinds. And I'll have either some beans or pasta or rice to round out the meal.

So I found a surprise in the deepest corner of my freezer. It's a salsbury steak family dinner! I just put it in the oven. If I eat two servings it's like 500 cals, I'll have a salad with it, and then a blueberry banana smoothie for dessert!!! yay! Thanks guys!
