Default So, I decided I am going to hang out in here now

Hi all,
I will go fill out the "Introduce yourself" bit in a second, but I also wanted to say hello in here.
I am new to this part of the forum. Up until now I had been on Nutrisystem, which worked for me for a while, but then I started missing real, fresh food. So, I stopped following the plan very well, and of course I stopped losing weight. To it's credit NS did teach me portion control and got me into the habit of eating way more fruits and vegetables than ever before. I am ready to make the switch to a more realistic and sustainable eating plan.
I know I have a lot to learn, but I am starting from a different place than ever before, so I am confident I can complete the metamorphosis this time.

So, that's my story in a nutshell, I am looking forward to chatting with you all.

Welcome and good luck!!! And I think that with any program you choose, portion control is always a huge part of success, so you're already one step ahead
