I use www.fitday.com but there are lots of other sites, most of them free.

I use sparkpeople.com but it has more grams than ounces. You just need to learn your 28 times table!

I too use Sparkpeople and actually prefer now to use grams over oz (or measuring cups.) Since my head doesn't convert the numbers so easily, it's just more natural for me to cut up the amount of something I want and then weigh it out.

I have been finding that many situations recently have made me just google "calories 2 ounces raisins" or such. I end up faster with the most appropriate site (and sometimes see new sites too as a bonus). However, I've found my most successful web sources have been "nutrition data" and "calorie count". I like nutritiondata because it is very comprehensive and also has "fulness factor" based on my favorite volumetrics info and similar research.

jara what a fantastic idea and it works. I googled soymilk and was amazed at what I found.
I google all the time for stuff, never would have thought to do my calorie surfing with it.
Thanks so much.
