Hello Everybody!
Hi! I'm new here and just thought I'd introduce myself.
I've posted all my info in the getting to know you sticky so I'll skip all of that. Essentially I'm working out at Curves 4x a week and calculating the number of calories I consume in a day based off a formula my sister showed me out of a book.
I've been at it a month now and so far I've lost 6 lbs of fat and gained 3.5 lbs of muscle.. to which I say, bring on the muscle since the more muscle I have, the more I can eat! Those 6 lbs of fat and 3.5 lbs of muscle ended up giving me a 2% loss of body fat!
Needless to say, I'm pretty encouraged. I know it's going to get rough at times and it already has but I'm pretty excited. I do have a blog where I write about my journey and if anyone would like the addy I'd love to share it with you. Currently in a bit of a slump because I had oral surgery on Tuesday and haven't been able to work out but I'm excited to have found this forum!
