Can anyone recommend any calorie guide books-- one that just lists the food and the amount of calories? I used to have a little pocket guide but I think it got thrown out. I have Nutrition books that have lists in the back but those are huge and not very user friendly.
I know there's the Biggest Loser calorie guide and I know I can track it online. I just spend enough time on the computer and paper & pencil seem to work better for me.
