Hi Linda,
I use an iPhone app called Lose It! to track my calories. I eat a specific amount per day, but I don't fret if I go over. I don't "eat back" my calories burned through exercise. I do the treadmill on a steep incline 3 days a week and the ab/strength portion of the 30 day shred on alternate days. Welcome, welcome....the calorie counters are a bunch of fun chicks! |
