Mine is:

Fresh fruit! I try to offset it with a protein to avoid sugar crash but there's something just so refreshing about a cup of cherries or some watermelon first thing in the morning when its 100 degrees out

Oatmeal with fresh berries! Or cold cereal if it is too hot out.

I love english muffins too. I usually eat it with a couple tomatoes on top, maybe next time I'll mush up 1/2 a avocado AND have tomato on top

I also love english muffins. I get the Best Start from Thomas - I think that is what they are called and then Costco makes this large jar of fruit spread by E.D. Smith -it's mango, orange, apricot. So yummy.

I love the avocado suggestions though! I will have to try that. Also the tomato. I have made a cream cheese (before diet but could use lowfat) tomato basil bagel I use to really love. Have to watch those bagels too I guess! LOL

I'm making a shopping list right now and I can't wait to have an avacado on my toasted whole grain bread tomorrow!

Thanks for all these suggestions.

My favorite breakfast (I have it most days) is my version of an egg mcmuffin.

I use one slice of Brownberry Double Fiber Bread (100 cal), one egg white cooked in pam (16 cal), one slice of 2% cheese (50 cal), and 2 slices of Rose Canadian bacon (25 cal) (total 186 cal, 18 gr protein, 6 gr fiber).

It's cheesy, hot and fills me up until lunch time!

It's not your typical summer breakfast, but I love hot GrapeNuts year-round. I put the Grapenuts in a large mug, add FF milk and microwave (watching so that it doesn't bubble over). Stir and add Splenda or sweetener of choice. Love it!
