Ok I have fallen off the wagon, hard! I know calorie counting works, its the only thing that has but if I stop counting for a while then I have the hardest time bringing myself back in line.
I wanted to know if anyone would be willing to just do a challenge for this week, checking in everyday with yesterday's calories and any exercise done.
I have the summer to get myself in line before I start an intense program at my college in the fall (I am a mom going back to school). Also I will be in front of people often since my job is in the public eye so I really want to get myself into good shape as well as healthy.
So for this week my challenge to myself is simply to count the calories and write down my exercise, if you specifically have a goal you wish to meet for amount of calories eaten then feel free to put that down too.
My Goal: Track Calories (amount doesn't matter) and exercise at least 3 times this week.
Feel free to post your calories here and help keep me accountable so I can build up my habit again!
