Walking has been my main form of exercise for years (when I've done it faithfully). I've never done anything else and when I've done it routinely and daily, it's been sufficient for toning, slimming and great cardio for heart health.
I would like to add upper body (to get rid of upper arm flab). But, I've never considered "just" walking to be ineffective. It just makes me feel better all over and is a great way to clear mind clutter! |
