Anyone want to set some goals for this week with me? The last 1 1/2 weeks haven't been so great with me 'cause youngest dd was sick, and since I had 0sleep, I was running on empty. I haven't lost an ounce, but it's my TOM, so we'll see. Anyways, my goals for this week:
*Exercise 5x (Cardio)
*Toning/Weights 5x (alternating body groups)
*8 Glasses of Water daily
*Minimal processed foods
*Weigh in Monday Morning (trying to stay off the scale for the week, and just hop on next Monday)
I think that should do it... wish me luck!!
