Good Job Teresa! It feels so good to see the scale go down. I'm still trying to figure out if I should go by my gym scale or the scale at home. I don't get to the gym until 5:30pm so its not that accurate right?

Good morning everyone else. I stepped on the scale here at home this morning and I'm between 204 and 205 :) I hope this weight keeps falling off and FAST lol I'm going to the beach next month.

Whats everyone eating today?

I only trust the scale at the gym. My digital one at home gave me 3 different readings in one minute yesterday.

I am going out for dinner with friends later (girls night!!) so I am eating light. And then I will watch what I put in my mouth at the restaurant. Babies are cranky, so I am skipping the gym this morning, but I may load all the kids up and go for a walk.

Teresa- I don't know if you read my post yesterday about going out to eat. I always get what I WANT and eat half of it there and box up the other half for the next day. The meals I get run about 1000-1200 calories per meal (yikes) but if I cut it in half then it doesn't seem as bad lol

I love having this little group to talk to, it makes me feel like I'm CC with friends so it makes me stay on track a little better :)

I'm not sure if I'm going to stick to this but heres what I have on my menu for the day. I loooove this roast so its so hard not to eat it :(

Breakfast: 16 oz coffee with 3 tsp creamer and 3 tsp of sugar (83 cal)

Lunch: 1 cup of roast and 1 cup of broccoli (483 cal) YIKES!

Dinner: 1 cup of roast and 1 cup of broccoli (438 cal) YIKES!

TOTAL: 1049 Calories with 150 left over for snacks.

Should I keep it or not? This roast is going to kill me lol

Morning. I still have this lingering cold, but I did my ab/strength portion of the 30 day shred last night and this morning my abs HUUURRRRTTT. I guess that means its working, right?

Dawn, eat the roast, but maybe cut the portions in half? And please, woman...eat some breakfast! Don't make me worry about you!

Amy...keep working your butt off!!! Maybe we can have a ONCE a week weigh in day, and only weigh yourself on THAT day? I wish I could get to the gym in the morning so I could get my weight instead of at 5:30pm when I ate all day ugh!

You're killing me with the breakfast thing. I'll eat a banana this morning with my coffee, I hate that though because I don't care for bananas at all so I force myself to eat it and i feel like I'm starving after I eat a banana. Maybe its the bad/dirty feeling I get in my mouth from the banana?

Morning!!

I have already had my workout today! The scale said 226, so I am updating my ticker! 5lbs down. I wish it was more, but I think I really have the hang of things now.

I also don't like bananas. I will only eat them with peanut butter. So I dont' eat them that much. But I saw at Target a "Better than Peanut Butter" spread thing that is 1/2 the calories. So 100 for 2 tbls. I will try it out and let you guys know!

It's saturday! I jumped on the treadmill a little after lunch today, but really we've just been hanging out in the house. It's too hot to go outside.
Who stepped on the scale and had it read 214.5 this morning? Me. WAAAHOOOOOO. Not sure how that happened but I am SO NOT complaining! I'm -7.5lbs down in 19 days....Amy is proud!
How is everyone doing?

Amy- That rocks!!!! Yay!!!

Despite our block party today, I did well. I didn't go nuts eating all the fatty foods. Some of this was willpower, some was chasing 3 kids around!

Now I have a migraine and it is raining, so I plan on just hanging inside and relaxing. Probably going to bed early.

Tomorrow I will hit the gym for a good workout.

Congrats on the loss! I'm jealous, and kicking myself lol

Bad...Bad weekend for me :( We went to a friend's house yesterday for a cookout. I had a hamburger w/ mayo and pasta salad. Not TOO bad right? Well.............I had 8, YES 8 beers. IDIOT!!!

Back on track lol
