Thanks, meg and jayell! I like the idea of zigzagging, but I'm just not sure I can handle a really high day, both because it'll just screw with my head and freak me out to eat that much and also going back down to 1200 will be really hard after that. Even after a 1400 day, 1200 seems a little low to me, so I guess I'll just stay moderate for now and listen to my body's hunger signals (within my plan, of course).
