5 day On Plan Challenge
Its that time again, I am starting to slip. I started back exercising last week but haven't tracked any food and I know I am over eating so I am challenging myself to be with in my calorie range for 5 days, 1300-1500 and track my exercise minutes.
Monday
Breakfast- 1 serving All Bran BranBuds, 1/2 serving Non fat yogurt, 80grams of banana, Iced Mocha(homemade)-304 calories
Lunch- 1 cheese quesadilla. salsa, reduced fat sour cream, 1/2 serving Fat free refried beans-289 calories
Snack- 4 pieces of Dove chocolate-164 calories
Tuesday- I have really no idea, i am at the mercy of food being brought to me since I sprained my ankle last night
