So, I am a big fan of Fiber One cereal. I eat a bowl of the Honey Nut flakes (52% of the daily fiber) almost every night as a snack, and love how it makes me feel in the morning. It "cleans me out" and leaves me feeling good, and "empty" It also tastes great.
However, this being said I would like to have this same feeling and NOT have to eat Fiber One EVERY night. Nothing else gives me the same results the following morning.
I was wondering if anyone here uses the fiber powder you can mix with drinks and not taste it? If so, can you taste it? Does it "work" for you in that way? Which brand do you buy and how much, how often?
