Really? Darn, I thought I had a good one. One of my digital bathroom scales is a Taylor scale, and I haven't noticed a problem that I'm aware of, but now that you mention it, there are some weeks that seem a little strange, (When I gain for no reason). Hummm. One thing I did notice a few weeks ago when I got on it read 170 pounds. I was freaking out because the week before I had weighed 179. Well, after a brief moment of elation, I went and weighed in the kids bathroom and was down a pound. I went to check the batteries on the Taylor and noticed a missing bead from a necklace had rolled under it. Once I moved the bead it weighed me accurately at 178...:(

if you are 145lbs...not sure what your goal weight is, I'll assume 10 or so pounds? Those last few pounds are the hardest to come off, don't expect to lose as quickly as someone over 200 pounds.

Add more vegetables and stick to it a month or so.

My goal is to get down to 135, and if I could get down to 125 it would be awesome. I'm mainly doing this with my husband, so he will lose weight, but I need to lose at least 10 lbs. I weighed 135 the day we got married 13 1/2 yrs ago, so that is probably more realistic. We will see how it goes. I think once we get a calorie counting book, and a better food scale it will be easier. I think the first couple of weeks is the hardest, and we are on week #2.
