Default Easter Sunday Dinner?

What are you having? This is our menu and I'm excited about it:
Baked Mahi - no butter
sliced cucumbers
sliced tomatoes
homemade slaw w/Hellman's Mayo w/Canola
steamed broccoli
creamed corn (I'm not eating this)
fat free baked corn bread
deviled eggs with the Hellman's mayo w/canola
squash w/onions

Yummy, I'm hungry now! What's on your table tomorrow?

Sounds great!

We're having grilled chicken, a green salad, a fruit salad, potatoes of some kind (baked?), and broccoli/rice casserole. I'll have either the potato or the rice casserole, but not both.

Hm, I'm thinking I'll be having some of the baked garlic/basil chicken breasts I've already cooked with a side of baked beans and corn bread (made with extra corn!). Probably a serving of green veggies of some sort, too.

We are having a brunch at our house. We are having: Portuguese sweet bread, croissants, firehouse frittorta (old Frugal Gourmet recipe), Peruvian Potatoes (potatoes, peppers, onions, cheese), hard boiled eggs (colored with onion skins), and mimosas (coffee too.) Some of our guests will be bringing food too. I know one friend is bringing pickled eggs.

As far as dinner, I'll probably just make a nice yummy soup.

we're just having ham, potatoes and corn (since it's just me and df). Not the lightest choices, but they're traditional. I'm just planning to make my other meals big on volume and small on calories.
