I would probably make egg white salad (boiled egg whites and f-f Mir Whip) with lots of celery hearts and baby carrots. I would also take apples, water, and pretzels. One serving of raw almonds, lowfat PB sandwich on whole wheat. If you can take aboard a small cooler the possibilities are endless--tunafish, baked chicken, etc.

Well some dry cereal, carrots, trail mix (with out the chocolate candies) or string cheese sticks. There are also lots of choices in the 100 calorie snack packs. Good Luck on your trip, and snacking choices!

My favorite, and you can take anywhere: Pita pockets, split in half, sprayed with cooking spray, then sprinkled with a bit of garlic salt and italian seasonings. Then you pop them in an oven (I heat them at about 375) for about 5 minutes...be careful, they burn easily if not watched! Then I break them up and put them in a sandwich baggie. They are fat free and 120 calories for the smaller pockets. This snack is a lifesaver to me, I love to munch all the time, so I usually make a couple. Delicious, and tastes like chips.

Kashi TLC bars-they have fruit and fiber, filling and yummy
cheese sticks

apples, oranges, bananas
natural peanut butter on some whole grain crackers or toast

I didnt think anyone on earth did this besides me!! I use a small whole wheat tortilla, seasoned with salt free fajita seasoning and some garlic powder! Thin, crispy, and BETTER than chips to me!
