I am proud of me because I still have hope and know I can and will do this.:yes:I don't give up,no matter how many times I try.And,I am proud of all of you that keep on trying!:bravo:

I'm proud of me because even though I've been stuck for a while at the same weight I haven't given up. I've lost over 30 pounds since last summer but I gotta keep going!

I'm proud of me because there is food around the house either bought or made by kids that I have not eaten...like the plate of choc. chip cookies on the kitchen counter. Funny...not really interested anyway.

I am proud tonight because i grabbed 2 chocolates from the easter basket hubby made me but ate a banana with ff cool whip and a teeny bit of sf chocolate syrup instead while the chocolates sit here on the coffee table :D

I'm proud of me because I've stuck to my routine for more than a few days. I'm proud of the way my body is beginning to feel when I wake up. I'm proud of my sudden ability to drive right past fast food restaurants. I'm proud of me for not eating even one bite of the free garlic cheese bread at work last night!
