    Hey blackbutterfly, Glad to share and thanks for the compliment I agree you that working out makes me feel great and much more tone. I'd rather weigh more and look smaller because I have muscle then weigh less and be flabby any day! Let us know how it goes. It's all about experimenting and seeing how your body will react. It's frustrating sometimes but I think you start to freak out less when you see results, you know it works, you just need to make adjustments in your plan now and then. Your pic is super cute, you have a very athletic looking build and you’re gonna look smoking hot when you get to goal!
