I was getting really close to being out of the 200's so I was excited to get on the scale this morning. When I did weighed in at 210! I have been following a 1500 cal. a day and seemed to be losing. That is like an 8 pound weight gain! Could my period be the culprit? Thanks ladies.
Definitely! 8 lbs. is equivalent to 28,000 excess calories (1 lb. = 3,500 calories). I'm having this same problem right now! I shot up from 175 to 178 overnight. Drink lots of water and avoid excessive salt. Maybe try to fit in a sweaty workout... it'll all balance out!
