Yes, you'll feel hungrier on some days when you work out. Try snacks/meals with protein. Yogurt is good as a before-workout snack (half an hour before). Or you can look into some of the protein powders that are available to mix with water or lowfat milk. Tuna... things like that.
Do you save up your calories for dinner? Because what you listed isn't very much to have eaten with dinner two hours away...

Maybe spread things out more.
