Okay tonight while I was working out I felt like I could throw up (TMI), I dont know why and I have never felt like this before in over 2 months of working out. Im not sure if im not hydrated enough? not eating enough? not getting enough sleep? what do you think? I cut my workout short because I just felt sick.
Other questions:
I went from working out 4 days per week to working out 5 days per week the last 2 weeks almost therefore burning more calories. My question is should I be eating more? I did the calorie calc at free diet and it had higher cals than what im eating. Im wondering this because this last week I have been SO HUNGRY! Like all day long im pretty much hungry and I dont get it.
So any thoughts? advice?
