If you continue to eat a calorie deficit, you cannot regain...physical impossibility. However, if part of the weight loss was related to mild dehydration related to your illness then when you rehydrate, it might appear that you have regained some weight -- but the original loss will just have been water anyway. The bigger problem is whether, because you couldn't eat much for a few days, now that you are feeling better, your body is going to feel REALLY hungry for a few days. That is what happens to me when I've been sick, and I find it hard to stay on plan for a week or so.
