  • Hello there. I am back to the healthy goals and I think this group sounds like a good place to be. I am counting calories via some computer software. I am a SAHM with 3 kids so I feel busy and tired but I enjoy exercise when I make it a priority. A big issue I have is getting that water in!!! That's me. I hope to get to know the posters here and join in on some challenges once the new ones start up (if you are doing new ones). Thanks!

  • You've found a really great place with lots of helpful people! I know how you feel with the kids, tiredness, and trying to fit in exercise and water. I usually end up drinking half a day's worth of water in the evening and then I have to get up 3 times every night to go to the bathroom So, that's where half the tiredness comes from!
