Tigger that is awesome that you bought the book off of amazon! it really is informative, you'll learn the plan itself and all about the differences in soluble and insoluble fiber which I found really interesting
Zoe, you are right if you eat veggies, fruits, grains etc you will go over 35 grams a day but the hard part is staying in your calorie range while doing it

so the supplements help me tremendously
