My sister spreads a caramel corn rice cake w/ peanut butter and slices a 1/2 banana on top.

I've done this before too and it's really good!!! I was a bit hesitant because I'm not a big fan of mixing textures when it comes to food, but I really liked it.

Six whole wheat crackers topped with 1teaspoon (spread thru all the crackers) of FF cream cheese and sugar free strawberry jelly. (1teapoon per six crackers)

I have noticed that most of you put fruit with your ff cottage cheese.
I love it with fresh veggies,especially cucumber and radishes or tomatoes and broccoli chopped in. Love some of the other ideas I discovered on here. Thanks |

Edamame (1 lb unshelled or 1/2 lb shelled is only 300 cals! and low-carb, high-fiber)
carrots roasted with salt and oil fried firm tofu (not so bad since it doesn't suck in much oil) with hot chili sauce Anybody know of any low sodium cottage cheese? I haven't been able to find this anywhere. |
