This drives me mad, but it's the second time it's happened so I think it's a trend for me. My lowest weight so far was 177.4, than I did that 'girls day' and jumped up to 180-ouch! I was dropping it very slowly and down to around 178, when this week, I started gaining again. My weight kept creeping up a little bit every day, until I was back up to 180 again. I was really confused and kind of bummed because I've been on track all week long.
I was at 179 yesterday and today I'm down to 176. What the heck happened! This is the second time that my weight has jumped up only to drop down to it's lowest level. Does anyone know why this happens? It's nerve-wracking!
