I usually juice my own fruit so the sugar (added sugar, anyway) isn't a concern of mine. I know some people have problems with just the natural sugars in fruit juice, but for me it really helps to curb the crazy sweet tooth I have!
Iconised Ghost: I have this awesome whey protein that's only whey, some natural flavoring, salt, and lecithin. I blend it with soy milk/chai tea, and it is nummy-licious.
The only reason I do protein shakes at all it because I don't eat meat or eggs, very little dairy, and I don't like nuts

. So, I'm kind of painted into a corner by my own doing on that one. I gotta get my protein somehow.
Smoothies (especially fresh), and Soy/Almond Milk are a great little treat when all you need are extra calories.
