oh yeah, I just add the serving size in the title like xyz (1/8 of recipe) or xyz (1cup) etc. Then I can scale down or up from there when I choose it later.

I hope it's okay to keep adding to this thread. I LOVE Fitday. Between it and 3FC... I truly believe my life is changed forever! *grin*

I do have a question though. I don't know if it's just my pc or all of FitDay. Is anyone else having problems with apostrophes? Everytime I use an apostrophe and enter something Fitday changes the apostrophe to a series of strange letters and symbols. (')

I noticed about the apostrophes. I have to remember when I journal to just write it out. I do love the new format. I like the moods too. It will be interesting to see how my calories relate to how I felt that day ( or week). Love it...and I like that you can customize your BMR if you choose. So if you think that it is telling you the calories you burn is too high it'll let you manually adjust it. Very nice. I've actually started to use it again.

For those of you that use The Daily Plate, you need to be careful about checking your nutrition info because some of it is grossly inaccurate. Two identical items might have totally different figures. I loved it until I started running in to strange amounts, and realized that these user added foods weren't/couldn't be checked for accuracy at all times. Even though it takes me longer to add in my custom food at Fitday, I like knowing that I double checked the info myself.
