i have tried a few different Way's Of Eating this past year, but all & all it has come down to Low Calorie/somewhat Low Carb for ME... my BMR given by Harris The Benedict Formula says i should eat 1750 calories daily to LOSE... i hope this is true
i have been keeping it between 1500 - 1700 a day and hopefully between This Saturday & Next Saturday i will see some movement on my Scale
