In 1 week I finally start my new job
and that will help with stress and buying some healthy food. Until then I bought a few cheap things (Big Lots) and decided I'm going to do a one week calorie counting challenge. My goal is to stick to 1200 cal. a day starting tomorrow Tuesday until Moday.
I already have my basic menu ready for tomorrow. Including lots of water.
BF: Banana Oatmeal
L: Split Pea Soup
D: Boca Patti w/grilled onions
I'll also have a couple low cal snacks and check in tomorrow.
I'm really hoping a few of you will want to join in!!! I need all the help and motivation I can get. Thanks
