Tammy 06-16-2008 09:00 PM

Shy, hooray for feeling better, right?? I was just at Goodwill the other day looking at stuff for my son's apt. this fall. I didn't even look at clothes because I knew I would be there forever!!!

Grammy, I'm with you on wanting a loss. I hope things will be back to normal for you soon.
I can relate to the stress eating. My hubby had bloodwork done last week, and the liver enzymes are more elevated than they were in March. We see the liver specialist on Friday. did I already tell you all that? I am trying to stay positive.

April, did you have a cooler day today? It was so nice here. Cooler, no humidity. Love it!

Shy Moment 06-16-2008 11:14 PM

Tammy
We have three good wills or thrift stores here. There are three more at the place I go down south. I spend hours at those places. Sometimes I find a ton of stuff. Sometimes I can spend 3 hours trying on stuff and find one shirt lol.

Grammy
Sorry things are so hard for you right now. Will keep you in my prayers.

Tinky009 06-17-2008 01:44 PM

Hi Friends! Boy are we sure having some ugly weather today. It was so beautiful and sunny out, but not anymore. LOL!

GrammyL- I am sorry you're going through a rough patch, but you will soon be back on track again. I hope all goes well with DH today! Miss you around here!

Tammy- Yeah weekends are hard, because the fiance is usually home with me, so there is that temptation. I went through my closet, and while I do have clothes, I can use a few more. LOL!

Shy- I got misty eyed when I was in the dressing room. I cannot honestly remember the last time I wore a 12. So it was pretty monumental for me. though I had a funny experience when my friend and I were doing our usual morning walk, they were falling off of my hips. So hmmm who knows I maybe one size smaller than I thought.

April- I do the same too, I start some cardio to get my joints all warmed up and then do my toning. It feels pretty good.

Well gonna get ready for my morning workout. Talk to you all later.

Tammy 06-17-2008 02:33 PM

Shy, I know what you mean about spending so much time and only finding one thing. There is a consignment shop near here for larger sized women. I have been one of their customers for a few years now. I have taken quite a bit of clothing out there, but I have also bought several items for good prices.

Tinky, sorry your day isn't beautiful. This is an almost perfect day here. A bit cool, but I can handle that. Windows are open. Laughed about the pants falling off of you. That's what was happening in the aerobics class when I decided to splurge and buy smaller ones. Much easier to do the exercises!!

We have a landscaper coming this afternoon about pulling out some bushes at the back of our house. They are going to take over the enclosed porch if we don't get something done with them. After they are gone, we will be putting in smaller ones for sure.

StillTryin 06-18-2008 09:41 AM

OK, I am back. Surgery went well.....I am recovering at home today and probably the rest of the week I am pretty looped up so I will be on later when I am not so groggy......but I wanted to let you all know I made it.
Thanks for thinking of me....

Tinky009 06-18-2008 10:38 AM

 Still!! So good to hear from you! You take care of yourself now!! Get lots of rest!! Look forward to hearing from you later!!!

Tammy- I think that is best way to go is to get gently used clothes! I figure I won't be in them long. I am already peeved that my new ones are falling off of me. LOL

I am so glad it's hump day. I get to take my residents out later for their bi-weekly van ride. So it will be nice to go out. Have a wonderful day everyone!!!

Shy Moment 06-18-2008 11:45 AM

Still
So glad to hear things went well. You take it easy and come chat with us when you can.

Tammy I bought the whole package and would like to do it again because mine has been through a lot but it is hard to dish that out again. I use my black book (mine is blue, LOL!) to much not to have it but the rest of the stuff I have used off and on. I need to buy new bands because I can't find mine and they were getting old and I can just see me now pulling up and one breaking. OUCH! Body type B's eat differently than A's which is what I am. Still the same types of food but different combinations at different times.

GrammyL 06-18-2008 12:26 PM

Val ~ It will amaze you how much better you feel when you start eating healthy. I fell off the wagon about a month ago and I was gradually starting to feel worse each day physically and drained. I have to tell you, I am 40 and I have a 27 month old grandson and they are draining to say the least.

GrammyL 06-18-2008 12:30 PM

Shy ~ Your right, this is for the rest of our life. You crack me up about the pool thing. Its good that you were able to see the progress you have made and keeping it off is a big accomplishment.

GrammyL 06-18-2008 01:03 PM

Tammy ~ How did it go at the specialist?

Tinky ~ LOL about the pants. Doesn't this program just do wonders. I am back on track and will be staying there because DH is now paying attention to what is going in the mouth and not just watching it go in. LOL! He said no more ICKY stuff in the house or going out for it. So I am very excited.

I am so excited for you Tinky. I know the feeling you are talking about and how exciting it is to be smaller. I just need to get my but in gear so I can feel that excitement again. Keep talking about it and doing a fantastic job because it motivates me.

Home is the hardest place for me to stay on track also. Food is available, not always the greatest choices and others are eating in front of me. Work is routine, no one eating in front of me and I have to eat what I bring. I have other options but choose not to spend my money on it.

Tammy ~ I put in Chinese weeping willow bushes. DH's absolutely hates them because they got so big but I love them. He is just made because they are closer to my hog scolder (witches pot) than he wanted them and they are hard to mow around.

GrammyL 06-18-2008 01:05 PM

Still ~ So glad that things went well and I will pray for a speedy recovery.

Well I better get going and actually do some work this afternoon. I decided to catch up with everyone first.

Talk to you all later.

Tammy 06-18-2008 05:08 PM

Still, glad to hear from you!!!

Grammy, we don't go to the specialist till Friday afternoon. I sat down today and wrote down some things that I want to talk about with him. I'll have to check out the Chinese weeping willow bushes. Might be something I'd like to have.

Getting ready to go to a meeting at church. Had both aerobics classes this morning and I survived.

Hope you are all having a wonderful day!

Tinky009 06-19-2008 10:06 AM

Grammy- Hey woman!!! You're back!!! So glad to see you back on here.
It is a pretty good feeling! I haven't been this weight in so many moons! LOL
This week I actually got in to the habit of sculpting my body. It helped me tremendously. I just finished my workout. I decided to come into work at 6:00 to get my work out in. I am taking a group of residents to the museums today, so I have no time to work out later. I am happily sore. This weekend, I better stay on my A game! LOL!

Tammy- Good luck with the specialist, I hope everythings comes out with good and positive results.

Ok, gonna get my day started! See you all tomorrow! Take care and remember, this is all about you!!

GrammyL 06-19-2008 12:55 PM

Tammy ~ Good luck at the specialist and let us know as soon as you hear. I will pray for good news. My DH's family has liver problems and it is scary.

Tinky ~ I plan on doing a workout tomorrow morning. I am going to buy new bands tonight. I have new motivation this week because DH informed me his friend asked him to be the best man in his wedding the end of August. The fun part of it is they live in Pennsylvania so we are going out there for a week. My supervisor approved my time off today. WHOHOO! Should be a good time but I would like to be down into the 130's or 140's by then. You know how fast this program works and that it is possible to do it but I need to stay focused. I would like to do some rapid result meals but I always end feeling all icky so I don't do them anymore.

I just had OP Italian Turkey sausage I made w/brown rice and spaghetti sauce. I figure I would skip the pasta and replace it with a 1/2 c. brown rice. To me the rice is just as good as the pasta. It was mouth watering good. I also skip the cheese.

Tinky the outing sounds like fun. I wish they did outings here at my work. The faculty get to go once a year but they leave me behind. I guess they think its exciting enough here. LOL! You know explosions and such. HAHAHA! We had big booms yesterday and I went to my boss and asked if those are planned booms or unplanned. He said he wasn't sure. I said well we will know soon. Turned out they were planned.

Well I better get going and I will talk to you all later.

StillTryin 06-19-2008 08:25 PM

well it is nice to see everyone popping up around here again. I am doing ok. today is day 4 in bed. I am really hoping to be up more tomorrow. I was out in the kitchen today a little to clean a few things. My oldest came home today for a while and watched a movie with me and helped move laundry around. DS has been a BIG help to me. Even my 3 y/o has been helping mom out. Dh got mad at me today and put 4 jello cups and 2 pudding cups in my bedside table and told me that when he gets home tonight they better all be gone!!!! HIS ORDERS! He doesnt think I am eating. Well I am, just not much. I didnt eat much since Sunday night because of the pain meds and just plain ol' feeling BLAH and a little nausous. So today I ate more than any other day...2 jello cups, 1 pudding cup and a 1/2 slice of pizza then I had a small bowl of cereal for dinner. Tomorrow I am going to have eggs in the morning and get my day started right....I only had to take 2 doses of pain meds today...but probably could have taken more, but didnt really want to because then I wont feel like eating.

Tammy 06-20-2008 10:27 AM

Tinky, you are doing great!! It feels good to actually enjoy working out.

Grammy, that meal sounds tasty!!

Still, take it easy!! Don't overdo it. Glad to hear you are getting some help.

Hubby just said he is looking forward to the doctor visit, just so we can get some answers to all of our questions. Usually he dreads them.

Tinky009 06-20-2008 10:56 AM

***ATTENTION: OK, EVERYONE!!! I HIT 40lbs TODAY!!!! WOOOHOOOO! I never thought I would make it! I am so thrilled!!!* :twirly::whoo::cheer3::exercise:

Ok, back to our regularly scheduled program! lol

We had a wonderful time yesterday at all the Museums. My favorite was the Glass Museum. They had such beautiful works on display.

Grammy- I am so happy for you, that DH is finally in full support mode. Weddings are an awesome motivation. We are going DF's cousin's wedding in July, so I am really working it. Plus we're getting married on 08/08/08! LOL! I honestly haven't used my bands much except for once. I do my own weights. But I think I should incorporate it into my routine! You can do it Lara, I have all the faith in you. I do the rapid results meals here and there. I don't do it however when I do my toning days. I figure the muscles and my body need all the good nutrition they can. Keep it up...and GOOD LUCK this weeekend. I plan on it since I am making great progress.

Still- Take it easy! Though, I am glad to know that you have such a wonderful and supportive family. It helps especially when one is recuperating.

Tammy- Thank you!! Yes, I actually enjoy working out! I can't believe I just told you that! LOL! But it is true!

Woohoo, today is Friday! Gonna do my Friday jig! :carrot:

GrammyL 06-20-2008 11:17 AM

GOOD MORNING!

Still ~ I don't blame your husband for pushing food on you but I also understand that its hard to eat when you don't feel well. I had the same experience with pain medication. You may want to talk to the doctor and maybe he can give you something else to help with the pain although it sounds like your recovering fast. Kids can be big help when they see Mom down and out. That is about the only time mine helped out.

The scale didn't move today but I am alright with that. I was not perfect yesterday and hopefully its a little water retention holding me up. We ate out for dinner and even when you order right, it usually has to much sodium in it. When I got home I decided that I would get on the gazelle and get a little extra exercise. I haven't been on thing in a long time but it was getting dark and the bugs were in full force so I thought that was my best bet.

I did get my hair cut and I have never done this before but I got my eye brows waxed. I thought it really hurt but it wasn't so bad. She said that mine were already almost perfect and I just needed a little touch up. Then I took DD so she could get her ears pierced again.

OK, I think I am going to get my nose pierced this weekend. For some reason it feels like going over the edge, why I have no idea because I have tattoos. LOL! At least the nose piercing can be taken out if I don't like it, tattoos are not that easy to get rid of. I think I associate it with being young when in reality a lot of woman my age are getting it done. My dog groomer just got hers done and one of my bosses wife has it done but she is from India. My SIL got it done a couple of years ago and she said she loves it and so does the dog groomer. So maybe this weekend we will go do it. I don't want my GS with me when I get it done and we can't get him because DH can't be around him till next week with his thyroid being killed with the radioactive iodine. I am just nervous about it and worry it is going to hurt. I have had my nose broke several times, the last time so severely they said I now need to wear a face mask when I am around my horses or doing anything where it is strong possibility it could happen like playing baseball but what they don't realize is for me it could happen at any time. LOL! I was putting a box up on a high shelf here in the office and it came down and hit me in the nose. My nose swelled, bleed and went numb. I am a walking accident when it comes to my nose. LOL!

Well I better get going and I will talk to you all later.

Tammy 06-20-2008 11:31 AM

Tinky, WAY TO GO!!!! I hope you can move past that alot faster than I have been able to!! lol Are we all invited to the wedding to sing???????

Grammy, I have considered getting my eyebrows done. Pretty adventurous for this old lady!!

I need to finish getting ready. We leave for the doctor in about 45 minutes.

GrammyL 06-20-2008 11:41 AM

Tinky ~ WHOHOO! I plan on being good because I want to get back into the 170's by Monday. I am at a stall at 182 but its still better than what I was at on Monday. I am not doing the yo-yo thing this weekend and destroying all my hard work. Still having a hard time getting motivated.

Honestly, I've been using light weights for the past couple of years. I find the bands to be confusing at times. So, I didn't buy any new after debating yesterday and I will just continue to do what I was doing. I have to restart because I haven't done my routine in almost a month and I felt it this morning. I do need to go a little heavier.

GrammyL 06-20-2008 11:46 AM

Tammy ~ I never felt mine actually needed it because most of my strays are blond and you can't really see them unless the light shines on them, mainly in between the brows. They are gone now. LOL! I can't see that dramatic of a difference but my DD and her BF said they could. DD has a uni and hers are black so she is faithful about getting them done.

LOL! That reminds me. My 17 yr old decided to start wearing more makeup. HAHAHA! She put on that stuff you rub all over your face and that stuff you put on top of that. I like you mean foundation (base) and blush. Yah. I said it doesn't look like you have blush on. She said its the stuff you rub all over, I said powder, YAH! I told her she is finally catching up with other girls her age. OH, and she actually put eye makeup on again.

Well I better get going. Nothing to do around here so I should go for a walk and at least get some fresh air.

Tinky by the way you inspired me. I went for a walk and did my sculpting this morning and now I am ready for another walk.

skinnybeach 06-20-2008 01:12 PM

Hi, I am just starting to post in calorie counters. I have been posting in the 20s thread though. I am an on and off follower of SBD and have recently begun counting calories again this week. To me it makes the most sense scientifically and allows me to feel less deprived!! So here i am. I am using thedailyplate.com and i LOVE it. I have told many of my SB friends about it. AND the biggest plus is that i actually lost 2 lbs, the first 2 lbs since February...well more or less. I was at 143 in February when i bought my wedding dress, we moved and i dropped another lb or so and then i kinda leveled out around 141. Then i got down and bounced between 140 and 144 for a couple of months and now i have FINALLY gotten to 138, my 30 lb lost mark!!! in 10 more lbs i should be feeling good and DEFINITELY 15, if i can get that low!!

I am starting here but will try to catch up with you all and jump in here!!

Tammy 06-20-2008 07:41 PM

Just got home from the doctor. He is upping some of the meds to help with the swelling. He is concerned about the increase in the numbers, but didn't seem terribly concerned. He prescribed another med to help with the confusion that we are seeing. He also talked to us about some of the concerns that we have being caused by the liver disease. (fatigue, nause, lack of appetite) He did mention transplant, but he said we are not to that stage yet. Hubby goes for an ultrasound of the gall bladder and liver next week. He will also have more bloodwork done before he goes back to Dr. the end of July. His BP was 107/64.

That's all for now.

StillTryin 06-20-2008 11:08 PM

Good luck tammy!!! Be strong, you will need all your (plus our) strength!

Thanks for all the well wishes from everyone

Skinny-Welcome to the group.

Today was a rough day for me....man my toes hurt! I couldnt take my meds because I had my 3 y/o home with me all day so needed to be conherent for her. But when DH came home he took over and I actually got to take a bath...man was that nice!!!! I have to go to work tomorrow but only for a few hours, so that will be ok. Grandma is taking little one to a parade, and my 13 y/o has been such a HUGE help to me I can not even thank him enough....I gave him some allowance today since he has done so much for me.....

Shy Moment 06-21-2008 12:26 AM

Still
Hope you feel better soon. It is rough when you have little ones to take care of. Glad the hubby took over and let you relax.

Tammy
Still keeping you and yours in my prayers.

Skinny
Welcome. We have a great group of people here. Calorie counting works for me too. I can have anything I want as long as I get the required amounts of the four basic food groups eaten a day and stay within some general ranges of calories, fats and carbs I have set for myself. To me, this is the only way to keep eating a healthy diet for the rest of my life. Congrats on the loss.

Tinky
Way to go. No time at all you are going to hit that 50 mark. You are doing terrific.

Still
Once again, I am glad you are doing better. Keep you in my prayers.

StillTryin 06-21-2008 09:35 AM

OK, as many of you know I had surgery Monday, and today (Saturday) I decided I was feeling good enough to hobble onto the scale. I was pretty surprised because it showed 162! But you have to remember this is clothed with a HEAVY cast/splint on my leg also. I know I was way under my calories all week so I think I may be closer to 160 but I am not going to PUSH IT...lol

So I am down some. But not sure exactly how much...lol

I went to work today.. I figured it would be only a 1/2 day since we are only here for 1/2 days on Saturday. Then I can go home and nap a little. It is nice to get out of the house. My boss got online and saw I was here and was like "what the HE** are you doing at work"??? I was like...where should I be??? He said it is slow and I should be at home resting..lol I told him with it only being a 1/2 day I would check it out and see how I feel....(he is a nut)

Tammy 06-22-2008 04:47 PM

Grammy, funny about the makeup! I remember when I started using it many years ago. I was so confused!

Skinnybeach, welcome!!! Are we invited to sing at the wedding??? I"m sure we would be great!!

Still, how are you feeling? You are in our prayers for a fast recovery. Silly you for going to work!!!!

Shy, did you get some of the nasty storms this week? Sure don't like that lightning!!

StillTryin 06-22-2008 08:55 PM

I am doing good Tammy! I hung out at home and in bed today. Was tired and a little sore. I plan to go to work tomorrow and we will see how it goes. I get an hour lunch so I plan to come home to ice my foot/ankle at lunch time.

GrammyL 06-23-2008 09:04 AM

Good morning all!

Still ~ Be careful and don't over do it. How in the heck did you take care of a 3 yr old without full mobility? She must be an exceptional child because I know my GS would take full advantage and he is 2 1/2.

Tammy ~ Wow, on the liver problems. I will continue to pray for your husband and I don't know why they don't put him on the list for transplants now because I always thought the list were long. I am just praying that he doesn't need it and that everything will stabilize and get better.

Skinny ~ WELCOME!

I wasn't perfect this weekend but did pull off one day of eating right which is a big step for me and I am patting myself on the back. Baby steps. I even turned down ICK and didn't munch on our short road trip which is not my usual.

Took my GS for his first pony cart ride of the year. He was giggling and he took the reins away from me and wouldn't let me touch them, he wanted to drive. Thank God for an above average pony that is point and go. He is the only horse/pony I have ever owned that I would feel safe doing this

This morning I went for a mile walk and did my leg sculpting. Have all my meals packed for the day because its the work week. So much easier as we all know.

Well I have to get going and I will talk to you all later.

StillTryin 06-23-2008 09:16 AM

Grammy- My 3 y/o is definitely an exceptional child! She is such a good girl that she has been by my side everyday since I had surgery. She lays in bed with me. She doesn't whine or cry. I got so lucky with her. The older two were fairly easy also, but not as easy as she is. I can easily keep her when I am not mobile.....

Tinky009 06-23-2008 10:39 AM

Hey all. Well I didn't do too bad this weekend, considering, TOM. This week is all about focus. I have a 5k, that I am tempting to run most of,so I am wearing my new shoes to break them in. Next Thursday we leave for the wedding, so room to screw around. LOL! My dress fits perfectly, I have room to wiggle too though, so it's nice. I'll post pics of it later.

Still- Wow, I am too surprised that you have that mobility with your daughter as well. Though it does help as you say that she is very good. ;)

Tammy- You and your husband will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.Sure, you can sing at my wedding. It is a very small affair though, so you guys singing would be a serenade. LOL!

Shy- Who knows, I may even hit it before the end of this weekend. We'll see. I am definitely not going to push it though.

Skinny- Welcome!!!! :D

Grammy- That was so cute about DGS. Good thing your pony is well behaived. I kinda steered off plan this weekend, but nothing too bad. Oh have you ever grilled your turkey patties? Man, I had that this morning after having DF grill them, and my mouth enjoyed that! LOL! I told DF this morning that I am glad I am back at work, that way I stay more focused.

Well have a great day. I will be getting both my walk and run in today.

GrammyL 06-23-2008 10:57 AM

Still ~ My oldest was that way but my youngest was a handful and my DGS is all boy to say the least. He is full of it and gets into everything when you turn your back. He is better at my house but at his Mom's, he destroys the house because she doesn't pay attention.

Tinky ~ That is fantastic news and I can't wait to see a picture of you in that new dress or even to see a before and after picture. Your doing fantastic and I see you lost another pound. Yes, when DH is home most everything is grilled. I always have turkey burgers when he has hamburgers and grilling them really brings out the flavor and is a nice change of pace.

The good news is DH is back to work and now I can stay on track during the week. DH likes to eat the way we used to eat still and because old habits die hard, I usually end up eating that way with him. I miss him being home don't get me wrong but I am looking at the bright side and that is I can get this weight off.

My reward this past Friday, which I didn't really deserve it but I did it anyway, was to buy finger nail oil, buffer pad to make the shine and new files. I really want to grow some decent nails for a change and that means I need to care for them. Nail polish seems to destroy my nails so I can't polish them so I bought that thing to buff them so they shine. Looks really nice because I have nice white nail tips. French manicure white but they are white. I am also removing to warts that I am self-conscious of. They are small but ugly and I am probably the only one that even notices that they are there. DH didn't even notice them until I pointed them out. I tried to remove them earlier this year but the came back. I caught them this time before they got to big.

Tinky009 06-23-2008 05:44 PM

GrammyL- You should go to my spark people page and see my before and current pics! You can PM me your email, and I will send you a link to it, if you would like. I also will post pics on here of me in my dress. I guess what I am eating can be considered turkey burgers, I call them sausages, but it's basically the same.

sweetlovin 06-23-2008 05:51 PM

Hey can I join in? I'm calorie counting as well. I have been exercising pretty consistantly but I just need to keep watching my calories and I'm sure I'll reach my goal in no time

StillTryin 06-23-2008 07:34 PM

sweet-yes please join us here....we love to have more posters on here.....WELCOME!!!

Shy Moment 06-24-2008 12:09 AM

sweet
Welcome, we always love to have another with us.

Grammy
As you could notice in the one pic of me I have really long nails. They have gone with me through working in warehouses, trucking company's and tennis with my daughter. I swear by sally Hans ( I think that is how you spell it ) hard as nails with nylon ( it has a slight and only slight color to it not really a color but not clear). You don't want color when you are trying to grow nails and harden and strengthen them. There is stuff in the color polishes that weaken the nails.

Still
You take it easy and don't try to do to much. If you can afford it stay home from work. You need to rest and get better.

Tammy
We didn't get to much here just some rain. I love to watch lightening storms lol.

GrammyL 06-24-2008 09:17 AM

Tinky ~ I found the spark page and the members list but I wasn't sure what your user name is there. My email address is [email protected].

GrammyL 06-24-2008 09:32 AM

Tinky ~ I do love turkey burger. I buy the 93/7 because the 99% FF is dry to me. I make sure I either grill it or cook it so I can drain any excess fat off. I just the like the flavor better. I also make my sausage recipes regularly. What seasonings do you use on your burgers?

Welcome Sweet. We can use all the posters we can get and I look forward to getting to know you.

Shy ~ I have difficult nails and that is good to know about the Sally Hans stuff. I thought the nail polish thing was my imagination but when ever I use it my nails are just destroyed. They are thin, the peal and are bridle. Very frustrating because my DH likes me to have nails. LOL! Sounds like its a marriage condition but its not, he just thinks they look nice. I refuse to get fake done because I did that for a year and ended up with super thin nails that hurt. That oil that I bought I think was by Sally Han also and it seems to be working.

Well I better get going for now and I will talk to you all later.

GrammyL 06-24-2008 04:15 PM

Well I am off my fine friends. I am going home and hopefully I will be left alone tonight. Last night I went grocery shopping, took groceries home only to turn around and come back to town to take GS to the doctor, then got home to take YDD to her BF house. I finally got to sit down for a 1/2 hr to talk to DH before going to bed.

I had to take DGS to the doctor because of a lump on the back of his head. I think its a mosquito bite but DD doesn't think so. They were unsure of what it was but gave him antibiotics from all the mosquito bites he has, they were worried about infection. Dip (DD) took them to the park with no spray on them and they ate him alive. The PA said that he must taste really good. LOL! The other thing it might be is a cyst that will need to be cut open to drain. YUCKO!

So I am off and hopefully I will find the time to get my pony out and drive around the front yard. He is well enough to drive now but the rocks on the road still hurt his feet so I try to keep him in the yard. The only reason I took him down the road with my GS is I had his feet wrapped and I am out of wrap.

I am going to try what sounds like a yummy dinner and I will let you all know how it turns out. I have a few other recipes to try also for this week.
