I don't know Jillian Michaels diet at all, so I don't know really what specific things to mention, but I agree with Glory, that it is easy to add a little healthy oils and fats to boost calories. A serving of almonds or sunflower seeds, a little olive oil, 1/4 of an avocado, some yogurt, etc.
Tonight I"m struggling with meeting my minimum, so what I"m going to do is whip some silken tofu with some honey and have a bit of that on a small bowl of frozen fruit. Just an idea.
