I tend to drink 8 of my 8 - 10 glasses a day in 2-glasses-at-a-time spurts, for several reasons. Mostly, because it's the easiest way I've found for myself to make sure I get all my water in.
By doing this, I drink most of my water by 2 PM, with only one or two glasses being taken in after supper. I'm wondering if it makes a difference to my system, though, if I'm getting all the needed benefits of my water.
Does anyone know?

As long as you aren't drinking HUGE amounts at one time, and are getting enough overall, have no kidney condition and so on, it seems like it should be fine!

) so this last little while I've found myself drinking around 4-6 glasses consecutively when I come home from the gym early afternoon (I always drink at least a bottle at the gym but I only take little sips occasionally instead of pounding a bottle in a few minutes). Besides it making me feel a little blahhh for an hour or two, is there anything really wrong with that?
