Default Back on track

Hello everyone..

Well, for the last 2 weeks I have been just plain out stuffing my face!

Tomorrow is a new day and I am excited about starting over. I don't know what the **** happened, I was all happy exercising, eating low-cal, no fast food, etc. Then BOOM! One double cheesburger led to 2 weeks of bingeing.

How do some of you stay on track? HELP! Lord knows I need it.

WTG on getting back on track!

What led to eating the first double cheeseburger? Perhaps it was a poorly planned situation? Or maybe it was planned and you've just learned that those cheeseburgers are something you need to avoid now, because you just can't control yourself around them?

Next time a less than optimal choice is made, don't wait two weeks! (I've made this mistake before, too.) The very next meal is the time to get back to healthier choices! Lesson learned.

I have a routine and a plan. I follow it as closely as possible. Sometimes it works better than others. But, getting up following a trip down is what will always keep me going.

You're honestly very strong to keep going despite this little bump in the road.

Log everything - no matter how bad of a day. It helps you get a grip and get back on track sooner. If you don't there is an out of site out of mind that allows the habit to spiral out of control even more.
