I bought a Calorie King book at Target. It's a little pocket book that I have in my purse. It's quite complete and it was only about $5 at Target. If you go to calorie-king.com they have it there too.

I have the Calorie King book too, it's handy, I need to remember to leave it in my car though as I travel and went to a restaurant and was without it last night...

Try logging during the day and when your done with your last meal tabulate the calories unless your close to your limit. I know when I need to check.

I have book I bought at Borders. I only use it when we travel, but it is very helpful. It was in the $5 range. Sorry I can't remember the name of it.
