  • Honestly, Fitday frustrates me more than anything.

    I have an Excel spreadsheet that I use an enter everything into manually. Sure, it takes a little work, but it makes me be dedicated to a plan, and at least then I KNOW that I'm relying on accurate numbers.

    The only thing I ever bothered with activity-wise in Fitday was recording my minutes or miles. I never even bothered with what their "calories burned" estimate was, because it seemed ridiculous to me.
