Default Calorie counting pocket book

Do you have one you would recommend? I bought the Calorie King little book. It's Ok. Seems to have a lot of stuff in it, but I was wondering if there was a better one out there. I want to get one for my dh who is always calling me from work to ask me about things they are going to be ordering. We looked at that new book that's out "Eat This Not That" But it's not really a complete book, and this calorie king one seemed much more complete. I just wondered if there is something better that I haven't discovered.

The Calorie King book has always been the most complete book that I've found.

If your husband is having trouble finding calorie counts, does he have access to the websites such as thedailyplate and the Calorie King website? They're more in depth than the books, and would be easier on you if he can look them up himself.

He thinks it easier if he calls me and I look it up. He hates using the internet and avoids it as much as possible. I think I am just going to get him a book to have at work to look up things on his own. Sometimes I think he calls me just so I can talk him out of eating things, like today when he called me and wanted to know how bad a pizza hut personal pan pizza would be.

The one thing about the calorie king one is that it doesn't list protein and fiber beside the food, which is very important to me. There was one called the The Complete Book Of Food Counts that I might buy, however it's pretty big, though. I would suggest just searching for one and reading the reviews on something like Amazon.com and see what you turn up.
