I had a really light breakfast today; just one serving of Trader Joe's Organic Honey Macadamia Grainfest, and 1/4 cup Pacific Foods Almond Milk, for a total of 123 calories. I ate a RIDICULOUS amount over my calories at a party last night, so I'm trying to lighten it up today. The cereal actually filled me up, which I guess just goes to show how overstuffed I was last night if I wasn't hungry this morning!

I started my morning out with eggs, toast, and turkey sausage. Lunch was a frozen sandwich. I have drank WAY to much hot cocoa today but I still have lots of calories left for dinner and snacks.
