Last week - 194
this week -192 weight lost- 2lbs not as good as last week but still a loss!!! I am hoping next week is a little more :) |
1-29-08 = 506lbs
2-01-08 = 503lbs 3lbs in 3 days :) I just changed my weigh in day to Fridays is why its not a whole week between a weigh in. |
Last Friday: 167
This morning: 159 8 lbs in 1 week.. and I'm only on week #2! I guess 8 lbs is fine though because I did the exact same thing last week and gained 2 lbs. :P |

This week: 166.2 Lost one pound exactly. I'm very disappointed in this as I bumped up my workouts and did really good this week. I have to tell myself at least I didn't gain. This week I will kick butt! |

This Week: 159.4 Change This week: -2.7 Change total: -6.1 Some of this week's loss has to be the water weight I was retaining last week, because I was pretty bad over the weekend. Drank a lot on Saturday night, which is a double whammy because of the hangover-eating the next day. I was pretty good about it though! All healthy food, and only a couple hundred calories over plan -- believe me there was a time when it would've been much more than that. That said, I've been hitting the gym regularly and genuinely ENJOYING it, which is awesome. Looking forward to next week! |

This week = 155.7 Total = -.6 Not an amazing loss - but still headed in the right direction. Swollen ankle from last week turned out to be a broken ankle. Fighting boredom/frustration eating. Ate some super salty pizza last night + PMS, may be retaining H2o. Hoping for a bigger loss next week. Have a great week fellow CCers -S |

1/25/08- Day one: 249
2/1/08 end of week one: 241 total lost: 8 pounds I think most of that was water retention because I switched over to eating a low sodium diet and the first three days were the end of my TOM. I went off my diet for three months and gained a pound. I was surprised it wasn't more! But this last week I decided to get back on the horse and start over! The first week is so easy! |

so i measure on sundays and today is my second measurement, but the first was the "before" ones. I measured this morning and here are the differences, the rest were the same
i lost 1/4 of an inch on my left ankle haha! 3/4 inch around my thighs (like under my butt) 2 inches on hips!! (around butt) 2 inches where my pants hit (probably what my actual hip measurement should be) 1 inch around my love handles (haha, i take some weird measurements!!) 1 inch around my belly button and then 9.75 inch on waist....but really.....that's like 10 inches in 5 days! i notice a difference but 10 seems like too impossible yet i know i measured the same spot and accurately so that's what the number shows... overall, i'm really excited (and confused) I'm hoping to see the difference in my pant size soon though! |
monday last week
Pant line 39’ Widest stomach area 39’ sunday: Pant line 38.’ Widest stomach area 38.5 but i only lost 1lb this week although i ate amazingly well, and did 3 lots of strenuous exercise, and 2 lots of long walking exercise.... i dont know whats going on with y body but im not liking not loosing weight quickly :-( |

This week: 275 Lost: 5 pounds I'm so happy that the 'weight loss button' in my brain clicked. I've been needing to do this, have done it before and will NEVER have to do it again with a change of my eating habits and lifestyle. |
