  • Smart balance is fine...the ICBINB .there is nothing WRONG with it, its just that the serving size is so incredibly small that it records it as no calories. ANY food could be listed as calorie free if the serving size were small enough. Any label can be rounded down a little. THey tried to control it some with the labeling laws but new product styles can determine portion sizes. At least there are some controls or we would probably see:

    Serving size 1 M&M = "0 calories" (its actually about 4)
  • omg i'm starting to think this could be the reason for my stall, I have been using spray butter every night on my popcorn, for a couple of yr's now. Well no more as of today.
  • I do like the butter sprays. I count my sprays and I am content with 5 sprays on a large serving of my broccoli. Even if I counted that as 20 calories it is much better than the Tbsp of butter I would want to put on there. For me they are a very good thing.
  • I had a roommate who used to use this stuff all the time. That is until is separated after a short power outage. Man did that stuff look gross!

I've known about these labeling inaccuracies for awhile. I just measure all my fats and use as little as I can get away with.
