Hi, guys! My name is Crystal, and Chick in the Hat (Gina) invited me to join this board, because, well... I count calories. Have been a little lax on myself lately, though, I must admit...

I look forward to reading/posting in here, and getting to know you all! The more the merrier, right? I hope to be able to send out some positive vibes, and feed of those of others in the process. Support is one of the main ingredients of success!
